Day 1: Depart Canada
Your journey begins with the overnight transpacific flight. Cross the International Date Line.
Day 2: Arrive Beijing (D)
Upon arrival, meet our guide and transfer to the hotel. The balance of the day is at leisure to explore this city once known as Peking to Westerns.

Day 3: Beijing (BLD)
Beijing, the capital of China, is the second largest city in terms of population and recognized as the political, educational, and cultural center of China, while Shanghai and Hong Kong predominate in economic fields. Beijing is one of the Four Great Ancient Capitals of China and once served as the capital for 5 dynasties over 800 years in ancient China.
Today we first visit the Tiananmen Square, the largest public square in the world. From there you enter The Forbidden City to see the 250-acre complex of palaces, pavilions, courtyards and gardens. You are specially arranged with a visit to the Treasure House where stores rare and valuable collection of ancient art works inside the Forbidden City. Afternoon we visit to the Summer Palace, a royal resort during the Qing Dynasty. A delicious Peking Duck dinner is arranged to round off a memorable start to your tour.
Day 4: Beijing-Chengde (BLD)
Leave from Beijing to Chengde via Jinshanling Great Wall and after lunch visit Small Potala Palace Temple after arrival Chengde. Evening we have night trip to Kuixing Building.

Day 5: In Chengde (BLD)
Morning visit the Chengde Mountain Resort –The Imperial Summer Resort. Afternoon visit Puning Temple.
Day 6: Chengde-Beijing (BL)
Drive back to Beijing in the morning (about 4.5 hours). After lunch, we tour the "Bird’s Nest" (Beijing National Stadium) and “Water Cube” (Beijing National Aquatics Center) where hosted the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. Free afterward at leisure. Suggest visiting Panjiayuan Flea Market.

Day 7: Beijing-Taiyuan (BLD)
Morning visit Temple of Heaven. After lunch we tour Beijing Hutong by rickshaw to see traditional residential courtyards and visit Gongwang Fu, or the Gongwang Mansion, one of the largest quadrangles in the world, and one of the best preserved royal palaces which have existed from Qing Dynasty so far. Evening flight to Taiyuan.

Day 8: Taiyuan-Pingyao (BLD)
Taiyuan, the capital city of Shanxi Province, is reputed as a birthplace of Hua Xia Civilization - the cradle culture of the Yellow River originated more than 5000 years ago.
Today we visit Jinci Temple - a famous tourist spot combining natural mountains, rivers with historic sites. Then tour the Tianlong Mountain where locates the Tianlong Grottoes from Tang Dynasty (618-907). Late afternoon drive to Pingyao. Evening enjoy a noodle show.

Day 9: Pingyao (BLD)
Whole day visit the Pingyao Ancient Town, the old city wall, Rishengchang Exchange Shop, Ming and Qing Street and the Old Feudal Official Mansion. Then visit the Chang Family's House.
Day 10: Pingyao-Taiyuan-Xi'an (BLD)
Take morning flight to Xi'an, and proceed to visit Grand Tang Lotus Garden till evening to enjoy the water-screen movie in the garden.

Day 11: Xi'an-Zhangjiajie (BLD)
Today we visit the excavation site of the Terracotta Army located 30km east of the city, followed by the Shaanxi History Museum. Tonight you are entertained with the splendid Tang Dynasty Style Music and Dance Show with Dumpling Banquet dinner. Night flight to Zhangjiajie.

Day 12: Zhangjiajie (BLD)
Today we tour the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park - World Natural Heritage (World Geo-park), including Jin Bian Xi (Golden Whip Stream Canyon) scenic area, and Huang Shi Zhai (Yellow-Stone Stronghold) scenic area; view Tian Men Mountain and Tian Men Gate.

Day 13: Zhangjiajie-Shanghai (BLD)
The sightseeing in Wulingyuan includes the world wonder - 'Peak-forests' that are structured by pillar-peaks arraying in the Tianzi (Son of Heaven) Mountain, including sceneries of Stone Boat on the Sea , Tianzi Gazebo, Yunqing Rock Gazebo, 1000-year Turtle-king Fossil, Heart Test Stone, Tianzi Pavilion, West Sea sandstone forest, Tian Tai Stage, Shentang Bay, Fairy Presents Flowers, Yubi (Imperial Brush Pen) Peaks.
Night flight to Shanghai.

Day 14: Shanghai (BLD)
Shanghai - the largest city of China and the eighth largest in the world, is widely regarded as the citadel of China's modern economy and the city also serves as one of the most important cultural, commercial, financial, industrial and communications centers of China.
Today's city tour includes the The Bund - a waterfront promenade famous for its landmark neoclassical buildings of European style, Yuyuan Garden and Shanghai Museum. Evening entertainment is a dazzling acrobatic show.
Day 15: Shanghai-Home (B)
Bid farewell as we transfer you to the airport for your return flight home.
