Beijing-Chengde City Tour: 6 days/5 nights

Day 1: Arrive Beijing (D)
Upon arrival in late afternoon, meet our guide and transfer to the hotel. The balance of the day is at leisure to explore this city once known as Peking to Westerns. After check-in, have a dinner and then drop you off at Night Market.
Day 2: Beijing (BLD)
Today we visit the Tiananmen Square, the largest public square in the world. From there you enter The Forbidden City to see the 250-acre complex of palaces, pavilions, courtyards and gardens. Afternoon we visit the Summer Palace, a royal resort during the Qing Dynasty. A delicious Peking Duck dinner is arranged to round off a memorable start to your tour.
Day 3: Beijing-Chengde (BLD)
About 4.5 hours drive from Beijing to Chengde and visit Jinshanling Great Wall on the way. Proceed to visit Small Potala Palace Temple after arrival. Evening we have a night trip to Kuixing Building.
Day 4: Chengde (BLD)
Morning visit the Chengde Mountain Resort (Bishushanzhuang) –The Imperial Summer Resort. Afternoon visit Puning Temple.
Day 5: Chengde-Beijing (BLD)
Drive back to Beijing in the morning. After lunch we tour Beijing Hutong (an alleyway flanked with traditional residential courtyards) by rickshaw.
Day 6: Leave Beijing (BLD)
Morning visit Temple of Heaven. End of tour.
