Starting with your corporate travel manager:

  • Contact and meet your CVT corporate travel manager;
  • Your CVT corporate travel manager will listen to your needs, seek to thoroughly understand your travel initiatives and intentions and offer trip solutions.

 

Preparation of Proposal:

  • Your CVT corporate travel manager will prepare a proposal to include all of the services required by your company, including:
  • Air ticket bookings: international and domestic; requests for class, airline, dates and time  range, stop-over or direct, connections, special shipping, etc;
  • Hotel booking:
    a. Brand and city: international brand, local brand by each city as required;
    b. Location and style: city center, conference center, resort, hotel and suites,
    urban/traditional guest house;
    c. Facilities and functions: ABF, boardroom, Wi-Fi and Internet service, business center,  
    multi-function hall, capacity for luncheon or dinner party, room service, SPA, gym,  
    swimming pool, shuttle service, disability access, etc;
  • Pick-up and transfer: requests for vehicle, brand, seats and space, color, year, language
    spoken by guide;
  • Post or pre-business tours: package, private, join-in, one-day or overnights; transportation;  
    preferred guide’s language;
  • Meeting service: boardroom space and seats requirement, invitation for attendants, translation, interpretation, meeting facilities, equipments, etc.
  • Other services: Welcoming Luncheon, News Press, Dinner Party, Banquet, etc. 

 

Finalization of Proposal:

  • Your CVT corporate travel manager will discuss further with you and make proper adjustment of the proposal adjustment before finalizing the proposal
  • Your CVT corporate travel manager will double check with you by each item in detail to finalize your final proposal
  • Your CVT corporate travel manager will make reservations and booking for all the items as listed in the proposal
  • Your CVT corporate travel manager will ensure emergency contact availability

 

Implementation of proposal:

  • Re-confirm all the seats of international airs;
  • Remind travelers of flight schedule and travel tips;
  • Re-confirm the service for international departures and arrivals as requested: airport pick-up and drop-off, escorted transfers, special demands, etc;
  • Re-confirm all the seats for domestic flights;
  • Re-confirm all the hotel reservations by city, brand, location and style, facilities and functions;
  • Re-confirm all the Pick-up/Drop-off and transfers inter-city for domestic flights;
  • Re-confirm all the Post or pre-business tours;
  • Re-confirm all the requirements for Meeting: space, facility and equipment, refreshments, luncheon etc;
  • Re-confirm all other requirements: Welcoming Luncheon, News Press, Dinner Party, Banquet, etc.
  • Re-confirm any special demands

 

Tracking and monitoring:

  • CVT corporate travel manager will track and monitor each process of the ongoing itinerary.

 

Follow-up:

  • CVT corporate travel manager will perform instantaneous adjustments according to real-time ongoing events and clients' requests.

 

Feedback:

  • CVT corporate travel manager will collect feedback and comments from customers for future improvement.

 

Improvement:

  • CVT will review all the feedback and comments from customers and develop an improved plan for future events and service.
